You will receive your background in a box. The background will most likely come rolled up or folded inside a box.
If your background is bent and won't lay flat, lay it out in the sun or apply heat to it using a heat gun or blow dryer to help make the material soften to flatten out. Another option is to lay heavy items to help the background lay flat and leave it overnight.
